Phase 4 of Air New Zealand's Home Sweet As campaign required an evolution of the existing community interface. What was initially 'a taste of home' for Kiwis living in Oz, the site grew into 'a place for expat Kiwis', with the strategy shifting from delivering content, to facilitating conversation. The largest part of the site is the Gasbag forum, which is an ever growing place to connect with other expats, to chat about how to track down favourite Kiwi foods, make new mates, keep up with NZ music and talk about 'choice things from home'. The site is also a go-to for super cheap grabaseat deals and low everyday fares to NZ and sends alerts for the cheapest flights, promos and freebies.
